• Missing item in the package

Return Request Time

Customers must report return or replacement requests within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Required Proof

To process your return request, customers must provide:

• Clear unboxing video
• Product photos showing the issue
• Order details

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and fashion accessory standards, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Items without original packaging
• Minor color differences caused by lighting or screen settings

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and verified:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
